Shadow Trainer Badminton Interactive System

The Shadow Trainer is an effective way to improve footwork, speed and reflexes for badminton at all levels. It is especially effective for singles but can be used for training specific to doubles.

By using random lights over multiple difficulty settings, it directs players to move to the real court corresponding points, swinging as if hitting a shuttlecock, and then returning to their base position for the next signal. Players must use correct body and racquet movements, as if hitting a real shot.

Two Shadow Trainers can be set up, one facing each side of the court.
